Standard shipping typically takes 7-14 business days. For larger furniture pieces, our white-glove delivery service will contact you within 48 hours of purchase to schedule a specific delivery window.
Do you offer a warranty on your home decor and furniture?
Yes, all Neptune furniture pieces come with a limited 2-year warranty covering manufacturing defects and structural integrity. Smaller decor items are covered by a 90-day satisfaction guarantee.
What is your return policy for home goods?
We offer a 30-day return window for most items. Products must be in their original packaging and unassembled. Please note that custom upholstery and final sale items are non-returnable.
How can I track the status of my shipment?
Once your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email with a tracking link. You can also monitor your order status directly through the 'Order History' section of your Neptune account.
