At Neptune, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home sanctuary, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy on all furniture and decor items. Please ensure items are returned in their original packaging to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Neptune account and select the 'Order History' tab to request a return authorization number for your specific items.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original boxes with all protective padding and include the printed return slip inside the package.

• 3.
  Schedule a Pickup

  For large furniture pieces, use our portal to schedule a white-glove courier pickup; for smaller decor, simply drop off your package at any authorized shipping center.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
